Product came nicely wrapped, protected, and vacuum sealed. After carefully opening things up, I have to say I am disappointed in the quality of the box and the airbag.The box walls are extremely thin, that I now have to purchase a larger sized box to ship out glassware (unfortunately I had to use a box ASAP so I could not return the product). I have a similar box that is 6x6x6 and it's fine to ship really small things in it. With this product, which is meant to hold something large like a wine bottle, I feel can be punctured in the wall pretty easily.The airbag was okay. I have received ones when I purchase glassware and they are very robust. These airbags are a bit weak. They don't fully plump up in each cell so there's a deflated quality about them even when I keep pumping air in. I don't use these to contain glassware now, just as air bubbles as part of the shipment.Wish I would have spent more for something of better quality.

Wasn’t easiest to blow up, but moved 48 individually wrapped bottles of wine & spirits without any breakage… would buy again even though they’re slow to blow up.

I needed to send 50 travel mugs domestically, these boxes and liners worked perfectly for this application. The boxes are sturdy enough for shipping via the standard carriers and the inflatable liners provided excellent protection to the mugs. All 50 mugs arrived at their destinations without damage or issues. I will buy these again if I have a similar use case and would recommend them to a friend or family member.
