うちではお菓子作りよりご飯系で活躍しています。特にラザニア！6人いるので一気に作れてしかもギリギリオーブンに入るので重宝します。しかも残っても蓋があるという至れり尽くせり。あと炊き込みご飯作った時にどうしても白飯派がいる為このバットに出して保存しています。この大きさで蓋があると何にでも使えて本当便利。ちなみに今回リピートなんです。前のは何年か使っていたら傷からサビが出るようになってしまって…捨てたけどないと不便なのでまた二つ購入。今回は絶対シリコン系のカトラリー使用厳守！

I bought these for containers to transport cupcakes. Then I started baking in them. I just night my 3rd because I cam only transport 9 cupcakes each pan. I ove hem. I like the shape . Size. Versatility of baking and transporttung. Sturdy food value

I like Wilton products. This is a nice, heavy duty pan with a sturdy lid. Worth the price. In fact I have a homemade from scratch carrot cake in it in the oven now!

I've used it twice since receiving it two weeks ago, and it seems great to bake in. (Contrary to many of the reviews, it does seem to be a non-stick surface.)My one minor issue, and the reason for four stars rather than five, is that the lid is somewhat hard to remove. As many others here have said, better that than the lid coming off while transporting, but it is still a bit of an annoyance. I much prefer a 9 X 13 pan I have with a lid which attaches with sliding latches and also has a carry handle, but I don't always need to make such a large cake. If Wilton (or another brand) would make a smaller pan with that type of lid, I'd definitely be interested.

I own about a dozen of these 9x9 pans and use them heavily for freezer cooking. Overall, I'm really pleased with both the price and the quality of these pans. The build quality is decent enough and the non-stick coating has held up to dozens of uses. I'm not sure about really long-term as I've only had my oldest units for about a year, but so far so good with decent care. I love the plastic lids, they make tossing them into the freezer a piece of cake and it keeps a relatively good enough seal to prevent freezer burn. (If I'm super concerned, I'll add a layer of saran wrap.) I can easily fit a bunch in my chest freezer, although they do take up the space quite quickly. The best part, though, is that they stack wonderfully for storage...both the lids and the pans themselves. Even with a dozen of them, they barely take up much space in the cupboard...so that's pure win for me. There's not much a difference between this and a typical 8x8 pan, so if that's what you're looking for, these will do just fine. For the price and value, I don't think you can do better.

This is a nice, thick and sturdy pan. The plastic lid is not a cheap plastic that might have a tendency to break but is also thick and sturdy yet still has a degree of flexibility. It also snaps on the pan tightly to keep your baked goods fresh. I've only had this a short time and used it just twice so far but in each case was totally pleased with the results. Both items - 9 porcupine balls for a dinner and a pan of brownies for my grandkids - came out evenly cooked. I used Crisco canola oil spray - Wilton recommends not to use butter, margarine or liquid vegetable oil - and both items came out evenly cooked with little or no sticking. Clean up was a snap. I washed it in warm soapy water in the sink with a regular dish cloth - although I did have to use a plastic nylon pad on one spot but it was minimal effort.

I ordered this brownie pan as I had been searching for 9" square for some time, most brownie pans I could find online were the 8" ones - although it probably wouldn't make much difference, I wanted to get the right size in order to achieve the best results. I used J. Oliver's Blooming Brilliant Brownies recipe which call for a 9" pan, they came out 'Bloomin' brilliant'!!!! The lid is great especially if your transporting your goodies somewhere and also great to use when half the brownies have gone and you need to store them somewhere, you can just keep them in the pan, lid on and bung in the fridge or leave out. These pans are very easy to clean too, lovely smooth coating which gives the non stick surface. I have a number of Wilton Recipe Right Pans and have never been let down, they last forever and are hard wearing. I think the Wilton brand is more well known in the US as it can be difficult to find many of their products in the UK, however Amazon have a good selection of their products so always check here first!Will probably buy the other for any future tray bakes or cakes...always a good thing to have in your cupboard if like me, you bake quite often!Many thanks Wilton and many thanks Amazon!
