I do a lot of presentations for clients. These binders are easy to use and produce something very professional. I receive comments on them all the time. The colored tabs make it simple to tell people which section of the presentation to go to. There are labels behind the tabs but I've found clients usually still use the color of the tab for referencing a section. I believe the binder says it is meant for only 20 sheets. I've been able to go over so if you have a 25 sheet presentation, depending on the paper used, you can fit more than the 20 sheets. If you're using heavier paper then you'll be around the recommended 20 page limit.
