It arrived in the original box, but the vent on the back is bent, the open button is very hard to use and moves the entire microwave when opening. It is the size I wanted but being a brand I knew, I expected it to be more well made than it is. If I hadn't thrown the box away, I would return it.

No super expensive but still works amazing!!!! Easy set up!!! Noise is very little!!! Power is great and I just got black to match my appliances!!!

Compact but very hard to open. You push a large button but if you don't have it up against something solid you have to hold the oven with one hand while you push with the other. Very hard for me to deal with. The price was good and it works well. Just te open situation that dissappoints me.

This unit has a very small footprint and fit well into the small RV space that I have. 700 watts of cooking power is adequate for most items. After looking at many units, this one is the smallest physical size if that is what you are looking for.
