It seems to be a quality product except that it's about 1/2" wider than the original GE griddle. With this one inserted the outer burner grates are pushed out so they don't sit level

I got this griddle to replace the one that came with our stove, because it was scratched up and old. First of all, it did fit the space on my GE but just BARELY. It feels a little different than the original but still fine. My problem is with the material used. The very first time we used it, we warmed up soft tortillas. That's it. The griddle got all discolored just from that!!!! I'm really annoyed.

Our original griddle was made of what looked to be aluminum with a coating that started to wear off in a couple of years causing everything to stick. This one is cast iron and was easy to season and works great. Much more of an even heated surface ans a breeze to cook on highly recommended
