My old stand mixer had a rotating bowl vs rotating paddle--I liked it very much, but you can't get them anymore. I chose this because of reviews, prices, and features. I made brownies with the paddle and it mixed quite well--just a tiny bit of power didn't mix. Then I made crumpets. I used the whisk which didn't quite get all the flour from the sides. Switched to the paddle and it worked perfectly. Covered with a towel and turned on "ferment". Proofed great. Timer function is really cool. Suction cups are very strong. Downside...bowl is too large (didn't need the shield). I wish the smaller model had "ferment" option. Miss having a handle to lift from storage. Whisk could get the sides more...didn't try meringue which may have worked fine. Getting the paddle on and off while arm is up can be tricky if the rod is not in the right position--all stand mixers do this though. Yes, I would buy again and do recommend it.

There is something wrong with the mixer's speed control; on the lowest setting it will suddenly start going fast for one second, then back to normal speed. It does this repeatedly and somewhat randomly, like I am turning the mixing speed dial up to maximum and back quickly. After a few minutes of use there is black dust and metal shavings accumulating on top of the mixing paddle, which is dropping down from the rotating assembly; no doubt some of this is going into the bowl and being mixed in with the dough.

Our Kitchen Aid 5 Pro gave up the ghost after 15 years and we bought this Vevor mixer to get us by until we can find another one on sale. It works decently well for the dough cycle although it seems to create a dough ball around the dough hook. It is very noisy and it is entirely made of plastic. Not an impressive piece of equipment. I will update as we use it some more.

Recu l'appareil, je l'ai brache tout de suite, malheureusement il ne fonctionne pas malgre mainte essai. J'ai du appele service a la clientele d'amazon tout de suite et le retourner. C'est domage.

For the price this can't be beat. I just tried it for whisking eggs and it is great. Will be trying the other attachments next weekend. If things change I'll update this review.

Let me tell you, I have used many mixers in my lifetime and this one works like a champ! It doesn’t have all the features a kitchen aid does, but it mixes just like one! If you’re cheap like me and looking for a cheap and amazing product, this is the mixer for you! I couldn’t be happier with this mixer. It’s super easy to use and I LOVE that it suctions to the counter to provide extra stability. Love this product and I HIGHLY recommend purchasing it!

Im no professional baker, nor a big time baker. It is easy to use. I do wish my old one were still around bc of the settings (this one has numbers so i have to look at the manual to see what that equals) my old mixer said fold, frosting, egg whites, ect. I like that this suctions to the counter top and comes with a slash guard.

This mixer is the BEST!!! It's powerful and the rubber beating blade actually scrapes the sides of the bowl so ingredients actually become mixed very well. The bowl is easy to lock in place and easy to remove. It has suction to hold it down while operating. It displays the time digitally so you can monitor how long your ingredients have been beating. I absolutely love this mixer - it's the best I've used and would highly recommend!

This mixer easily handled my bun dough recipe (9 cups of flour) and I LOVE the ferment (proof) function. Easy peasy, timer makes it all great. If I'd known this was possible, I could have saved the price of the bread machine because I seldom do more than just make the dough in the bread machine (I prefer baking the bread in the oven). Some of the reviews complained about the size. I didn't find any limitations. One thing I'll do differently next time: make the buns smaller! Because these rose like crazy and look quite ridiculous.
