The handful of bulbs from the pack that I tested all worked as expected. I was getting a nice glow at 1.2 mA (47kOhm resistor, 120VAC line), though I don't have specs for lifespan at this current. Vmaintain varied from 62 - 75V in the ones I tested.

Very usable bulbs to make a ring-counter. I tried various batches, colors, sizes but these are the best. The characteristics (Vstrike and Vmaintain) of the batch I received is more uniform and more stable than any of the other batches I tried. I was able to make a stable ring-counter with these bulbs. Delivery was a bit slow (couple weeks, from China) but it was worth the wait.
