They have made a very good presentation, but it does not work as shown in the videos. It does not have the strength to bring the fingers to the palm of the hand. It cannot even open the fingers of the hand as shown in the videos and the heat that circulates is not enough to help warm the fingers and do the therapy. I bought two machines and they were damaged and there is no warranty after 15 or 30 days after the purchase. Yesterday I ordered a third purchase, thinking that maybe I had not been lucky, but when I connected it, it did not turn on, it had no power. I had my hopes in what they advertise in the videos of this machine, but definitely and unfortunately it did not work.

If your victim has their hand balled up in a fist,it is extremely hard to fit fingers into the finger sleeves of the glove. I do believe that the company will figure a fix,however as of now this product is useless to us.

My son crushed his hand during a work accident, after multiple surgeries we thought this robot hand might be a good idea. Not really sure how to feel about it. We both feel it’s not powerful enough. I have a couple more days to think about if we should return it or keep it.

This is a nice therapy device glove for hand movement it has many functions to move fingers individually thru different modes or it can be done with your own movements sort of like a mirror therapy. The only thing is it is still big for the hand that was intended. But recommended.

We purchased this device in early July. It worked perfectly for about a month and then it just stopped working. I contacted the manufacturer and they sent us a new one no questions asked. While I may be a little disappointed that it failed, the fact they stood behind it and sent us another one maked up for it.

I believe that these robot gloves are helping my husband! He has an illness and was having a hard time holding onto utensils and pens. After a few weeks of using these gloves, I feel that he has better control. He absolutely loves how the heated gloves make him feel. He seems to be using his hands a lot more since doing the exercises at home. His PT guy says to keep it up!! I am beyond thrilled that we have this glove and I'm thinking about getting one for his left hand.
