I ordered a large and although the fabric is nice and soft and offers some compression, I think the fabric is almost too soft. I did sleep better last night…..I have neuropathy in my hands that only got worse after chemo. I’ve tried other products that offer great compression but the fabric shredded my skin. I have full range of motion in these which might not work for me for using throughout my day. Sleeping might be fine. I’ll update when I’ve used them more, I just got them yesterday so have only tried them at night for sleeping one time. They fit loose around my wrists….which, again, is comfy but I may need them to be tighter. Not sure if returning one of the two pairs I bought and ordering a smaller pair will help. I have a few things going on, neuropathy and slight arthritis in my hands. I would love to know if ordering a smaller size would help. I did wash one pair and put them in the dryer hoping that would shrink them a bit but it did not. With all that said, as I’m typing this on my phone, my hands would normally be screaming at me by now…..right now they're just, ‘eh, we’re not going to kill you but we are going to let you know that we are not comfortable.’.

I ordered these because I've been having trouble sleeping due to swelling in my hands causing pain. Before using these gloves I would wake up several times a night with extreme pain. These gloves have helped a lot! I still experience a little pain but not nearly as much as before. I have large hands so ordered the largest size. They cover my fingers almost to the tip of each finger which allows me to use my phone while wearing them as long as I make sure to use the tip of my finger. It has made it more difficult to use the biometrics however, and have to kind of pull the cover down a bit to use my thumbprint, and if I want to eat a snack like chips, I have to remove them to avoid getting them dirty. But they are superior to another pair I ordered at the same time because they do cover my fingers all the way to the tip which helps with compression. They are snug but not tight enough to cut off circulation.

I was skeptical when I ordered these but also desperate and unfortunately my small hands or rather short ish fingers made them impossible to wear as the fingers when beyond the tips of all but my middle finger. I found this odd compared to the images clearly showing at least the nail and top knuckle. I cannot say anything other than I also had a hard time returning due to having to turn down an exchange six times but that may have been an app glitch. However the only reason they are two and not one star is because my dad who has much larger hands tried one and said it was tight but felt more instant relief than his own arthritis gloves. I do not have arthritis but neuropathy which can cause pain and fatigue when I knit and I love knitting so I got these to try after other brands were too big and to my surprise this were also too big only too long, none of the other brands completely covered my fingers. As far as compression fit I think they were close definitely could feel the compression but couldn't tell if it was the right level to really effect anything since they were unusable (fiver the excess fabric I found even trying to grip my knitting needles a chore as if wearing those grinch gloves people seem to find at the holidays.

I wanted these as a viable alternative to the Comfy Brace compression gloves, I'm not paying $20 for them, I just won't do it. I had high hopes for these and they've mostly met my expectations with the exception of the stitching, or lack thereof, on one finger. There is a nice 3/4" spot in one finger which apparently missed the sewing machine. My wife will be dragging out hers to fix the problem, but she shouldn't have had to in the first place.Having said all that, I have to assume they won't all be like that, I'll more than likely be ordering more, as $9 is infinitely preferable to $20.These gloves (with the exception of the stitching issue) feel almost exactly like the Comfy Brace gloves; same durable feel, I think I'll like these. Time will tell.UPDATE: On 02-25-23, I ordered 4 more pair of these compression gloves when Sparthos ran a little discount per pair. When they arrived I tried on 2 pair of them (then ran out of time), they were fine. I just tried on the other 2 pair and they were also good, all seams look well sewn, they appear to be very good quality. So out of 5 pair, only the first pair had issues which my wife resolved. These feel just like the Comfy Brace gloves I used to buy but cost less than half as much.My hands measure between the small and medium sizes of these gloves (3.25" across the knuckles with my hand held up because laying them flat on the table screws up the measurement), the mediums aren't tight enough to provide the compression I'm looking for in these gloves, so I buy the small size. The smalls are difficult to get on at first because they're tight, but once they're on they feel good, and they loosen up a bit as I'm wearing them.Sparthos, please don't get a big head like Comfy Brace did, where they think they can charge $20+ for these gloves. I stopped buying them when they did that, I won't pay that much for these gloves. I appreciate that you offer these for a decent price, when these wear out I'll buy more from you as long as you remain reasonably priced. That's a promise.
