This product worked for my needs and thankfully the brushed nickel finish matched the rest of my kitchen fixtures pretty well. However, when you're installing something into your kitchen and you're drilling holes in granite, you want to make sure you're putting something there that's really nice quality. This just didn't scream A+ quality to me. While it works and I don't think too often about it, I do have to wonder what the more premium options on the market might have looked like.

This soap dispenser is attractive to look at, but the fact that it's all-plastic becomes INSTANTLY obvious the moment you touch it. When pressing the top down, it feels a bit wobbly. I'm going to hold off on criticizing its plasticity TOO harshly, because my PREVIOUS (mostly metal) dispenser (made by someone else) FELT precise & substantial when it was new... but only lasted about 2 years before its "stainless" nozzle literally rusted and broke off. So, we'll see whether THIS all-plastic one is any better.Installation was easy and took about 5 minutes once I got the old dispenser removed. The hardest part was needing a second person to hold the dispenser in place while I screwed the nut on from below. I have a deep bowl sink, so the combination of arm-angle and required body-position made it impossible to simultaneously reach up from below AND over from above by myself. With a normal shallow-bowl sink, it might be possible for one person to do the installation by themselves.

The product itself does the job, but the dispenser is made of cheap plastic and can break at any minute. It also comes with a cheap foam type seal/gasket. So when the counter inevitably gets wet, the foam will get soaked and overtime will start dripping and can cause damage to your cabinets base. Do not recommend at all.

I have a thing for square shaped fixtures in all areas of my home, so I saw this and knew I needed it. My previous soap dispenser worked fine, but it didn’t match my kitchen. To be honest, I think I like my old pump better. This new one has a smaller soap reservoir, requires pushing it down several times to get enough soap every time, and the angle. It literally just slowly drips soap straight down. That works fine for hand soap, but I use it for dish soap and not everything fits directly underneath the dispenser. Sometimes you need soap to come out at an angle into the sink. I have never seen one that just dribbles straight down like this. A unicorn does not always walk around with its head pointed to the ground.I will learn to live with it though, because it is a lot cuter than my old one. And at least I can say that I have a unicorn without having to lie.

- easy to install , I replaced my old soap dispenser without any issue- comes with basic bottle , reasonable quality for the price

How much can you say about a soap dispenser? I didn't really give it much thought, but it was nicer looking than what I expected. It's not installed yet and my opinion might change, but I think it will look great when my kitchen is completed.
