I ordered this product expecting high quality, but unfortunately, I received a defective item. The color coating on the piece is peeling off badly, exposing the metal underneath. It looks worn and poorly manufactured, as if it’s been used or was stored improperly.This is disappointing because I trusted the product based on the listing photos and description. The defective item not only looks bad but also makes me question the durability of the materials.I cannot recommend this product to others unless the quality control improves significantly.

I needed to have it but couldn't fine with oil rubbed bronze color, this was closest color and bought it, I happy with it, itmatches with my faucet etc..

It's easy to re-fill the soap bottle!At first, I thought, what a PAIN this will be to refill the bottle with soap. It seemed that I would need to lay on my back under the sink, unscrew and remove the bottle, fill it with soap, and lay on my back again to screw it back on!Because you have to lay on your back for the installation!But my contractor made me feel stupid when he showed me that you just pull the spout off from the top, and just pour the soap in. Felt pretty stupid, but the contractor told me he once thought the same way I did!

I can’t speak to how easy to install this is. Our fabricator installed it. It’s lovely and matches our faucet and it does a good job of squirting the soap out.

It's shiny, it's plastic, it's expensive. I bought this on here because the description said made with Brass. BS it is, light as a feather. Plastic construction, with chrome-ish paint. Sadly I will keep it due to need to match my faucet. It was easy for me to install, due to the fact I'm 6'2", and have long arms. My little wifey, would need to climb into the base cabinet to install it. This part was installed pretty quick, and does look nice. My 4 stars is due to it being plastic for $36.00. Seems to pump well, we use 2 different pumps at our kitchen sink. 1 for dish soap, the other for hand soap. Time will tell, and I'll update if there's an issue.

This is part of the Delta Venetian Bronze line and matches perfectly with faucets. You will need a hole in counter top to install. Item comes with exact dimensions necessary for drilling and I suggest you hire a professional that has the right tools, especially if installing on to natural stone products. Holds a good amount of liquid soap and fills from the top so you won't be crawling under the sink to refill. Below the placement area you will need 12" of hang down space but the soap holder is narrow and fits very well under most counters. One push produces a dime size squirt of soap, generally enough to produce enough soapy water to clean several pieces of dishware. Attractive, functional and no more soap bottles cluttering the counter top.

Works great! I read some reviews that said it was flimsy plastic and that it breaks. Yes, it is plastic, but I think they were pressing on spout instead of the top of the main part as I haven’t had any issues with that at all. It is holding up quite well.

The soap pump looks good and seems to work well. Our only complaint is that it was not made clear in the website description that the entire item is plastic. That may be good in that it won't corrode, but we just weren't expecting it.

It was exactly what it said it would. Works great. Love the lifetime warranty and especially the fact that you can fill it above deck so no neck breaking maneuvers to try to take the bottle out from underneath the sink. Easy as pie.
