Product only lasted a year and a half. After about six months the tube started to rip and it was harder to get the soap to come out . This didn’t make much sense because we don’t touch the tube. It sits in the soap bottle. The tube is now full of holes and soap won’t pump..

Overall, I think the item is pretty good. However, my issue is that the pump sits very loosely on the base and it ends up wobbling quite a bit - it doesn’t have a smooth up and down motion unless you push exactly straight down. It kind of rocks side to side (bobble head like) very easily. Not sure if I got a defective one or not. Otherwise, the pumping action is good and installation was easy.

Very happy with this product, love the pump function, the ability to use bulk product and not have to refill so often, no leaks and super easy to install after you get the whole drilled in your countertop or sink.

MUCH better than my old one. Very sturdy construction and great gold finish. Disappointed, however, that the pumping head fits only loosely over the stem and as a result, the head wobbles quite a bit as you try to pump your soap. That is the only reason i subtracted one star.

This is genuinely a higher quality product than a lot of the more expensive options. Installation was a breeze and detailed instructions were included in the box. It does take a while to pump the soap up initially (do not be discouraged when this happens, it isn’t broken!) as it has to work it’s way all the way through the long tube but that is completely normal and to be expected with long tube soap dispensers. 10 out of 10, I recommend this soap dispenser.

I know it's just a soap dispenser but I am really happy with the way this dispenser looks and works in my kitchen. It matches my brushed gold commercial style faucet perfectly and it dispenses dishsoap every time you press it. Plus it dispenses a good deal more soap than the attached bottle style dispenser it replaced.Installation couldn't have been easier, they even include a couple of stick-on tube brackets to make routing the tube from the dispenser to your large bottle of dishsoap easy. I would definitely recommend that you use a refill size bottle of dishsoap with this dispenser as you likely won't have to replace it for months. Plus no more messy refills from the top! It was almost impossible to refill the previous dispenser without getting dishsoap all over the countertop. Very happy with this purchase!

Easy to install and works perfectly. Love that the tube can be dropped into a large bottle of dishwashing soap - no more constantly refilling a small attached bottle.

This is such a huge improvement over the last soap dispenser I installed in my last kitchen remodel. The last one I did had a bottle that you had to fill up with soap and screw directly into the bottom of the dispenser. The whole process was annoying, especially awkwardly trying to reach under/around the big under mount sink.This one instead has a hose that goes down and sucks the soap up out of any container you wish. So you just buy any soap you want, plop it down on the floor of the cabinet, and put the hose in and you are set. This is so much better and easier. Overall feel of the product isn't mind blowing, a little plasticy and cheap, but you get what you pay for. For the price I'm really not upset at all it feels fine and is on par with the quality of most kitchen/batch fixtures you buy these days. Even the higher end ones still seem to utilize lots of plastic parts nowadays.If you're deciding between this and another soap dispenser, just pick the one you like the looks of as long as it uses the hose to get he soap and NOT the bottle the screws directly in to the bottom. I'll never get that style again. If you're deciding between this or not doing a soap dispenser, I would definitely recommend it. It looks clean and nice and add some great functionality to your sink for very little money.
