Some Tips for Customer:
- Make sure your TV has a built-in ATSC tuner; If NO, pls get a HDTV receiver/digital converter box (set top box) to work with it.
- Make sure this TV antenna is installed correctly (instructions included in the package) and the ANTENNA/CABLE IN port is in good condition.
- Make sure there are available broadcast signals in your area, and they are strong.
- Try to move around your house to choose where to place the antenna, and try installing the antenna on a wall/window or closer to the outside for better reception. After adjusting the antenna position, proceed to rescan for channels.

I was very excited when I received this item. I’m pretty good at following instructions. I tried with two different televisions and a variation of installing it which was very simple. Unfortunately this item did not work at all. I will be returning it and maybe ordering a different more expensive item.

The bottom cover came off and would no longer allow use of the magnetic bottom.
