The Frenchie is weighted with a tungsten bead on a barbless Hanak jig hook. The construction of this fly is a proven formula to catch more fish.

Ordered a couple patterns from them and they all came exactly as expected, knots and glue all lend themself to a durability and various bead sizes suit the columns each fly should be fished in, they even threw in a foam rigging puck so you can get some dropper rigs set up at home

I liked the colors on this, I had no bugs anywhere to match the hatch so I went with this jig and it payed off that fish was fun on a 3wt with current and lite tippet. Hooked another and got it to the bank but I can’t count that one except it was an easy release. Great fly.
