These fork mounts are fantastic. Solid, slick looking and adaptable. I was able to easily flip the cam lock to the other side of two of the mounts so it was easier to access the device which is mounted on the back of my pickup. Excellent value for a very well made product.

The product is quite solid. I am very happy with the build quality. the locking feature is one major reason I bought this product over others that did not have it. The skewer locks down good and solid once you get the nut end tightened up good. The only thing I have to say is the width makes the fit between the forks a little tighter than I thought it would be, but not enough to say don't buy this product. I have a ~2015 Norco Storm 9.2

Se ve de muy buen calidad. Se ve sólido y tiene la opción de poner candado para mayor seguridad a la bicicleta. Apenas lo instalarle. Pero es el mejor por su precio y Calidad

I like it for longer trips. Had to make a back plate to fit this in my truck rail. It holds well, tight as a vise. Have to be careful not to over tighten. It's helpful to stabilize your rear wheel with a strap or by other means, because it will laterally torque your fork pretty good while you're cornering or over rough terrain. I run a cable around my rear wheel and lock the end of the cable to the mount. I feel comfortable running into gas stations with this setup, but just know bike thrives are quick and clever. Nothing is foolproof.

Works great on our Trek mountain bikes and hybrid bikes. Mounted them on a 2x8 in the bed of my F-150. I fit 4 of mounts in the truck bed, 2 on the front of the bed and 2 in the back. The 2 screw holes i think are not enough to hold them securely so i added a couple additional screws with washers around the edge of the mount. They hold bikes very securely. Worked great for multiple long-distance road trip vacations, but also easy enough to use for quick day trips nearby. Have not tried the lock feature, I just lock the bikes using a regular bike lock, but i'm not in a high theft area so not too worried about it.

My only problem with this fork mount is that the end nut vibrates loose over time, even with the levers under a lot of tension. I will add a lock nut to see if that solves the problem, but it should not require one.

These are awesome. Very good quality. They have so far survived many journeys bouncing over logging roads. You can safely mount them vertically or flat on the bed of the truck. I mounted them a bit differently; I have a box topper that has hinges, so in the back of the box of my truck there is a slotted piece of metal. I used wing-nuts as non-turn bolts in the back of this slot and just slid them on. It works great and I didn't have to put any holes in my truck! You could do something similar with a piece of wood. The best thing about these is that they keep your bike from touching any other bike or rubbing on anything like those tailgate pads do. Also, it looks really professional and expensive. I've seen $300 bicycle mounts that look less professional than these relatively cheap mounts.

Is this the best fork mount that you can get, no, but for the price it is great. It holds my bike very well and was easy to install Is it completely theft proof, no, but to remove your bike would require some tools, and I feel that if someone brings tools with them to steal your bike, the type of mount is not gonna make a big difference, with enough determination people can get by any type of security. Overall, I am very happy with this mount and have purchased 2 more, I use it with a $2700 Trek road bike and love it.

I just recently bought my wife and I new bikes for casual, weekend use. As I had just dropped a fair amount of money on the bikes, I was looking for a cheap mounting option. I have a pickup truck and saw these and figured I could rig something up relatively inexpensively. I was correct. The price was right with this particular product. You will see when looking at other items that there are more expensive versions available. I can't imaging what they would offer over these to justify the price. They are easy to use, have numerous mounting options (use your imagination), and are lockable if you need a little added security. I see no reason to pay more, unless you just like having the Thule or Yakima logos to look cool.As far as I can tell you could mount these just about however you like, including directly to your bed. I didn't want to do that, so I looked around on Google and saw what some other folks did for a removable solution. I blended a few ideas together and used some 2x6's to create a simple, cheap, and removable option. I was very surprised and pleased to see how solid the bikes rode when clamped in. They didn't seem to move an inch.I have no negatives to list for this product. I haven't had them long, so they only thing I can't attest to is durability in weather. I do not plan to leave mine out when not in use, so that shouldn't be a factor for me.So, in summary, if you are looking for a cheap, sturdy, versatile mounting option for a truck, just buy these and save yourself some money.

These fork mount clamps work like a charm. I ordered two to transport two bikes in my pickup truck. Got them mounted to a 2x10 piece of wood that was sitting in the backyard. I can throw the whole thing in my truck bed and remove with ease. Once you get the clamp adjusted to your fork, there's no need to adjust it again. It is pretty tight when you loosen it to remove your bike. I have to get it a few love taps to loosen it from the fork once I have the clamp in the open position. Highly recommend this product for the price and quality. I would've loved to spend more on a Yakima clamp but I saved A LOT by going this route.

I bought this because it is lockable, it looked like it would mount perfectly to the utili-track system in my Nissan Frontier and it's inexpensive compared to the competitors. Everything works great. It's very sturdy and with my mountain bike mounted I can close the tailgate with a couple of inches to spare. It can be hard to open if you don't adjust it correctly, but that means it's more secure. I just throw a screwdriver in the truck bed in case I need to pry it open.
