While it fits perfectly on my clarinet the edges are sharp. Although the rubber is soft I think the material is a little too thin to make much of a difference. The thumb rest cushion made by Protec has a thicker softer (silicone) material which makes it a lot more comfortable.

It moved around a bit when I first used it. Put a small piece of masking tape on the thumprest and that cured the problem. Very comfortable!

A very comfortable cushion that stays on. In the past, I've used those little round foam-like cushions, and this is so much better and it stays on firmly and allows me to properly support the clarinet while playing. I could play all day with it. Excellent seller!

Great for keeping your thumb from getting sore. It stays on the thumb rest more securely than others I have tried. It works very well and It is a great padding for your right thumb.
