Do not buy this. There is nothing heavy or light duty about it. Breakdowns and rips after covering some storage totes. Multiple small tears and one almost 3 inch tear. Useless now. I have had better blue tarps from harbor freight.

I used this tarp to go over a shed that I had purchased on Amazon that had an inferior cover. I used Velcro strips to help secure it. Worked great.

This was more heavy duty than I thought it would be! I used it to cover my boat for the winter and so far it has held up great even with all the snow and rain we have had, no leaks. Great value for the size. It can be used either with the black side up or the green side.

I buy a lot of tarps and I'm pleased with the quality of this one, particularly the grommets. The 10 mil material seems to be of fine quality - I expect to get at least 3 winters out of a 10 mil tarp. The greatest point of failure for tarps are the grommets, which often pull out, even through the reinforcing. I liked the corner reinforcing on this tarp and the grommets seemed to be well installed - capturing the tarp material on all sides and they're tight to the tarp material.As far as the value is concerned, this tarp was mid to low in the 10 mil tarp comparison for the size I bought. Of course, there are much cheaper 5 and 7 mil tarps, but I'd classify those as light duty and 10 and 12 mil as medium duty.

I bought this MVPNET tarp to cover my outside under the patio work bench from the elements. So far so Good.The pro's1. It is Thick (10mil) which makes is just about tear proof. I don't understand those negative reviews regarding thickness because based on what I received, it was pretty thick.2. it was easy for me to unfold3. During my short time using it, no moisture has seeped on to my workbench.ConsI really don't have any so far.My take, this was a great buy the the 10 mil thickness was perfect for my needs and if I needed another one I would definitely get this

Not all tarps are built the same. Some are light or medium weight and they are fine for most things. It's somewhat easy to tear them though. This guy is tough. If is solid. It weighs A LOT though. It's not for every use. But if you need the heartiest tarp, chances are this is your tarp.
