The stand holds the brake securely. The problem is it has a bit too much side to side motion. It is fairly easy to set up and once the brake is locked on top, it is secure. Good quality materials. All in all a good purchase.

It's a great stand. Works as designed and is well thought out.It arrived with one defect, a welded on nut, was covered over with slag from the welding process, and had to be tapped out to assemble the stand. Not what one would expect to do just to assemble it.Beyond that the stand is great, don't know why we struggled w/ sawhorses for so long.
