Currently cannot use the shovel as we were missing the pole that attached to the shovel head (and keeps it fixed not rotating). The package arrived in good shape but had two shaft As and no shaft B.

This is a good emergency shovel kit to carry in your car. It goes together easily and works well. Perfect addition to any emergency car kit.

I just got a new car and it is winter here in New England so I thought this was a perfect item to have. Maybe I was confused by the ad, but beause there is only one handle for the three tools; you can only use either the shovel, the scraper or the brush and then must disassemble and attach the handle to the next tool. It is not as convenient as I had hoped to have all three useful snow tools in my car. I understand it is saves storage space to have only one handle. The instructions were a tad confusing labeling something part A and then also calling it F or E. Well at least I feel somewhat prepared for when I get caught in the next winter snowstorm.
