Mouthpiece thickness: 16mm. Cheek height: 125mm (4.5"), 130mm (5"), 140mm (5.5"). Stainless steel is the most common material for bits. Durable, easy to clean, tasteless and does not rust. Copper is used in the mouthpiece, creating warmth and encouraging salivation to keep the mouth soft.

Perfect bit! Came quick and packaged well. I am using it on my thoroughbred who is getting a little strong though he has instantly accepted the bit. I originally ordered the wrong size but the supplier were great on giving me a refund.

Amazing product. I have a very sensitive mouthed ex racehorse who has no breaks in the field between XC jumps. This product helped me to have more control.I use a gel curb chain guard to take the severe impact off his chin. You can also use a small leather patch for it to be softer on the chin.

The bit arrived in a reasonable time frame. It is a nice looking apparently high quality bit. I think it would have worked for us, but I decided to put my horse in a loose ring snaffle instead, and sent it back.
