BRAIDED PROTECTION
Solid braids are a type of braided rope that deliver high abrasion resistance and strength, with relatively low stretch. Unlike polyester, Nylon Braid cord has stretch to absorb energy. I purchased the SGT KNOTS Solid Braid Nylon Utility Rope for some DIY projects, and I couldn’t be more pleased with it. This rope is incredibly strong and versatile—I've used it for a variety of things like anchoring, towing, and even some crafting. The 3/16" diameter is perfect for my needs, and the 50ft length gives me plenty of rope to work with for bigger projects.The smooth braided texture makes it easy to handle, tie knots with, and it holds up well under tension without fraying. I especially love the durability of the nylon material—it’s resistant to wear and tear and can handle outdoor conditions, so I’m confident it’ll last a long time.It’s also super lightweight and flexible, which makes it easy to store and use in a variety of situations. The white color is clean and easy to spot, even in low light.Overall, this rope is great quality and incredibly useful. I’ll definitely be purchasing more in the future for my other projects. This rope is a good diameter to use to teach how to tie many knots. The nice part is is it is soft enough to be easily manipulated and not lock into a knot that is difficult to get untied.

The outdoor elements did not weaken it for my purpose intended. I’ve used and still using this rope on my balcony. I’ve had it for a couple of years. It’s still strong.

Arrived when promised and in good condition. The size ropes wanted wasn’t available so got the next size up. This rope is outstanding, nylon a not wrapped around some cheap filler. I’ve ordered before and will again when one runs low.

I need to replace the rope for a deer hoist that I’ve have for about 20 years. They don’t make rope like they used to. The key to this rope was the Solid Braid and 5/16 inch that glides perfectly through the plastic pulleys on my deer hoist.

Soft and supple nylon rope. It has a little bit of stretch/elasticity. In any given size, compare the prices of various colors - you might be lucky to find that some colors are at a discount relative to others.
