The chain was lubricated, came with a master link, and looks very strong. I really liked it and was excited to install it. However, it didn’t fit my seven speed beach cruiser (the chain was about six inches too short for the cruiser! 😭)

This chain fits just fine with my 21 speed mtb and the price and looks are right. It's a bit lighter than the oem chain but has held up fine thru mud and rain.I was easily able to remove links to size it and it's been functioning properly for a couple seasons.

Great price point, and the chain is holding up after 4 months of wear and use.

I'm only a couple rides in and so far, so good. I wanted to clarify a couple things, mine came with 116 links, vs the 112 stated, perhaps this is a manufacturing error, or description error, who knows. Also, there seems to be some confusion about what kind of master link you get, I got a link that had a pin waiting to be punched through, so not the master link type that some have shown that clips together. I had to push the pin back out a touch more to get the other end of the chain to fit through before punching it through, so if you can't align the ends of the chain together, try that, but only have to move it a little. I was careful to feel the pin exit the other side and have a bump similar to the adjacent links. Go slowly and carefully and it should be an easy installation. While I only have a few short rides on it so far, I have put some power through it, upwards of about 700 watts, and it's performing flawlessly. Installed it onto an old 90's CCM bike. Also, the chain was really greasy, pre-oiled I suppose, make sure you wear gloves! And of course you need a chain breaker to remove the old chain and install the new one, get a good one, they pay for themselves in no time (ie. I've done about 20 chains with mine and that's saved me 20 trips to the shop!). Happy cycling! I'll update if there are any issues with the chain.######UPDATE#######I went through two chains VERY quickly, the first lasted about 300km and the second was worn out by 200km!! When the first ran out (well exceeding 0.75 on a chain checker), I thought it may have been faulty, however, the second one was gone just as fast, I just caught it earlier when it actually hit 0.75, instead of exceeding. Not impressed, but also not surprised. I do a lot of mountain biking, so it's gritty terrain and I put a fair amount of force through it. Perhaps this chain is good for light casual riding on flat terrain? It certainly didn't last long for me. Be very aware of this, a cheap chain may end up costing you more with wearing out your components if you are not monitoring it!

I didn't want to buy the chain, but my son broke and lost the chain that came with the bike, so I was forced to buy this chain. it works great I wish that I didn't have to buy it.

I already have a chain tool and a bag of master links, so a good deal on just a new chain was all I needed. 7 speed mountain bike, I'm 180 lbs. I climbed some steep hills very slowly in low gear, standing on the pedals, and it held up. Will adjust if it doesn't last very long, but so far it's still on there

Installation was a bit of a challenge. I had to buy a chain tool, and even so, it was pretty tough to close. Otherwise, it’s held up well and is working.

I was very pleased to discover I didn't have to cut this chain....112 links was exactly what was called for ona '73 AMF 10-speed Pacemaker. Snobs like to snicker at the AMF line but they compared favorably with Schwinn and have terrific derailleurs and wheel chrome..oh, and a comfortable seat. I have another of this line of chains for my '78 Schwinn Speedster, 3-speed Sturmey Archer 1/2" transmission. If either snaps on hit's shake-down cruise, my opinion of them will change quickly. :)

Only thing it needs is the quick clip to connect proper links for proper length. This chain required the press tool, or use a punch and hammer to take links apart and put it back together, it said 112 link chain but came as 116
