The bit slipped from the collet as I was tightening it. It snapped as soon as it hit the spoilboard of my cnc. Still haven't found the piece that broke off. Never even got to try it out.

Bit broke while cutting the 3mm acrylic sheet. So disappointed. It’s just going to waste my whole long weekend (until I get a new one).

I've ordered about 15 of these now. A first I thought I was going to love them, but they break within minutes of cutting. I've reduced the feedrate and plunge rate with no success. The tips are still sharp with no clogging in the flute. The coating is hardly scratched. I'm ready to step in front of a train!!!!

Bought 3 , all 3 snapped/ broke. I was cutting 6061 aluminum @ .1mm depth of cut, 150mm/min 12000 rpm. This should have just scratched the surface but they all broke where the cutting flutes met the shaft.No response from the manufacturer.Update: The Manufacturer has responded and has kindly helped me. I am increasing to 3 stars based on his support.
