I installed these hoping for a better ride over stock worn out shocks and I must say I will be installing the old ones until I get some different ones. The bounce is terrible!!!

Purchased these to replace the Rough Country shocks which were included in my Rough Country lift kit for a 2000 Ford Excursion. One of the original shocks was damaged in an accident, but their performance up to that point made it clear that I should not consider another alternative in replacing them. Installed these, and am very satisfied with the ride quality. Would absolutely recommend these or other Rough Country components, as I have been thoroughly satisfied with their products thus far.

I tried to contact rough country via there website, but they never replied or got back with me. These shocks are terrible. The 18 year old OEM shocks that I took off my Excursion road 10X better. The install was really easy, but bouncing down the interstate like I'm in a hydraulic lowrider contest in not ideal, and probably not very safe.
