Made from our own custom fabric, the Rogue Super Soft Silver photographic reflector produces a softer, more pleasing fill light, especially when used to reflect bright light sources. Our Super Soft Silver diffuses light better than shiny silver reflectors; this helps you to avoid the hot spots and harsh light commonly produced by the mirror-like surfaces of shiny silver reflectors.

Natural White - custom manufactured fabric
The Rogue 2-in-1 photographic reflector uses our Natural White on the reflector's white side. Our Natural White fabric is remarkably color neutral, providing photographers with a more natural and pleasing reflected fill light. Our Natural White fabric is manufactured without the use of optical brighteners, chemical compounds that are added to fabrics in order to increase their apparent 'whiteness'. We avoided the use of these chemicals because they fluoresce blue light to make a fabric appear brighter, an effect that can also produce an unwanted bluish tint in your images.

Made with Heavy Duty Canvas Fabric
Our Rogue Super Soft Silver photographic reflectors are more durable than typical off-the-shelf silver reflectors. We apply a thick coating of Super Soft Silver to a heavy duty canvas fabric, then secure the fabric to a spring steel frame with a heavier grade spandex. The reflector's storage bag is also made from canvas fabric to ensure it holds up in the field.

with Strobes in Studio
Use a photographic reflector with studio lights to create 'clam shell lighting'. This lighting technique uses the reflector underneath a strobe to fill shadows under the eyes and chin with a soft, diffuse light.
with Speedlights in Studio
Lighten the shadows in your portraits by using a reflector holder to position your reflector at an angle that bounces/reflects the light from your flashes to lighten and soften the shadows on your subject.
with Natural Window Light
Use the silver or white side of the reflector to reflect soft window light onto the shadowed side of your subject.

This reflector is great. It provides a really nice white bounce light in midday sun and the silver side isn’t overpowering. You can use the white side as a makeshift background.My only issue is, the white side showed up with a discolouration and I think the product I received may have been a return. So it was a bit of a letdown to not receive a product in good condition.I contacted Rogue, they said to return, but I needed it right away for a photo session.So in conclusion, it’s a five star product that received two stars because it showed up package opened and discoloured.

Great price for this item and it ads a much nicer and softer lighting effect than the bright silver reflectors that are mostly available.

Ce réflecteur est de bonne qualité pour un prix très correct. La toile se tient bien et ne fait pas "cheap" comme d'autres marques à bas prix. Il n'a également rien à envier aux Lastolite. À savoir que la toile "soft silver" donne vraiment une réflexion douce ; différente d'une argentée classique. Ceci dit la différence entre blanc et soft silver est tout de même perceptible.

There's a trick to folding these things but once you learn how, it's easy. Good convenient product. A nice additional to photographic equipment.

Great product, not the usual ones that are too reflective, this is a slightly dulled silver design that gives a nicer result, unlike some of the stark silver ones that is like a mirror in comparison and can be too harsh. These are really well made and produce softer reflected light.

This reflector/bouncer is top quality and durable. It works very well. The silver side is not like a mirror so it won't blind your subject however it spreads a lot of light.

Beautiful light with this reflector. I have the 5 in 1 reflector - which is nice, but the Rogue Soft Silver Reflector is beautiful.

This soft silver is beautiful. Harder light without the super specular look shiny silver gives. Efficient. Throws a lot of light. This folds uppretty small so it will fit in flat exterior pockets of say a bigger roller super easily. If you are a shoulder bag maniac and lug a big bag you might be able to get this into a side zipper pocket of some of those giant bags. Soft silver is not like any other reflector.

This is probably the best reflector I've seen. It packs up nicely, and I've used it to create some lovely bounce lighting effects around San Francisco.It's large enough to be effective but small enough to hold with one hand. In the attached photo, I'm literally holding the silver Rogue reflector with my left hand to hit my subject with light from the sun behind him, and I'm holding my Fuji XT2 with my right hand. It's a great way to salvage the lighting in any scene without bringing an assistant on site.Another photo shows my assistant holding the reflector for scale.
