5’7”, 165 lbs. Fits perfectly and offers plenty of protection for sparring or fighting. Does limit some movement and take practice getting used to it, but a much better fit with more protection than other brands I have tried.

perfect for sparring..I've seen guys wear nothing to protect there pebbles and ribs..this will definitely do the job..I'm 5'10 165lbs and I've been hit with hammers from guys as big as 280lbs so a large does the job for me
