I have a flip belt that i just attach this thing to, and then it's perfect for hands free running with my dog. No extra leash flapping around, i just leave the automatic retracting open so it adjusts depending on where she wants to be.

Really accessible for my dad since he only has one primary arm. I miss our dog though. But never broke and worked perfectly. The retractable ability made it so it wouldn't get tangled but he could still use his hand.

It was more sturdy & better quality than I was expecting based on previous reviews! The strap feels like wetsuit material… works really well running hands free with my 12 lb pup! It is a bit bulky as you can see in the photos but overall worth the convenience!

I wanted to like this product so badly, unfortunately it's just not that solid. The leash is really short, it sticks and it's uncomfortable to hold if you have to. The retraction is very loud and feels cheap. I'm worried it will snap if she pulls to suddenly

DISCLAIMER: My dog is EXCEPTIONALLY well-behaved on a leash, otherwise I do NOT recommend for any dog outside the manufacturer weight specs or with any leash behavior issues. Know your dog!I attach the wrist strap to my belt when we walk. Keeps me hands-free so I can pick up after more easily. There's enough built-in slack to reach without the retraction mechanism resisting, and a slide lock. All in all, it's been great for our situation. Though the quality is decent, a heavy or willful dog could very easily break this product or cause injury to the users, so use discretion.

Great for running. Strong enough for a 60lb dog that sometimes lunges at other dogs. There is one annoying design flaw. The wrist strap is too short. It should be long enough to be able to keep it buckled and slide your hand through and then tighten. Instead, you have to buckle the strap one-handed while it is on your wrist.

I was excited for a hands free leash that didn't go around my waist, but if the dog pulls AT ALL, it's very uncomfortable. It was a little better on my hand than wrist, but still not comfortable.In the end, one big pull from my 30 lbs dog and it broke apart allowing my dog to run into the street and be hit by a car that was going 30 MPH. A $400 vet ER bill later and he got lucky with no major injuries, but this leash failed at its most important job.

I had this very one before and loved it. So disappointed that it came completely apart soo fast.
