The outer Amazon box was fine but the box containing the product was pretty beat up. Holes and dents in the box. Luckily the item inside was still fine. This took me about 10 minutes to install, very easy with easy instructions if you need them. It’s really pretty self explanatory. The quality is good. Pretty heavy duty but light weight . The hose is thin so not much water pressure but it will do. The hose is not as long as advertised so that’s a bummer. It pulls out and retracts back very easily. The nozzle is good quality. Overall good product for the price.

Definitely a cool idea.. this particular retractable reel is not made of cheapness. It is sturdy and durable.. we work horses and a lot of shed rows and bathing to aquanate! First thing I was concerned about was if dirt was going to get into the retractable system and actually make it difficult. I was wrong ,this things a beast.

The material seems to be same as my last one that cracked after hot heat and freezing winter. The total length is not 105’, the seller did reached out and reassured the quality and the reason behind length.Thanks for showing you care!

Keeps hose off house and ground

Really bad that the company mentions that the hose is 105 ft but came to know after drilling holes in the wall and installing it that the hose came only to certain distance and not all the way I was hoping the hose is going to come. When I measured the hose it came out to only 87 feet. So almost 20 ft short. I want to return it but need to figure out another hose whose mount matches same as this one so that I don't have to drill more holes in the wall.
