This is an excellent rivet gun. Much quieter operation than I expected and drives the rivets with no issues. Beats my manual rivet gun hands down. High quality construction with an all metal body. It is a bit bulky to get into tight spaces however it probably needs it for the piston size. Nice that it comes with several tips, although i wish they offered more sizes. The instructions were kind of vague although i think they are assuming you already know what you are doing. Can't say enough how quiet it is and how well it works. Overall, very happy with this gun.

I have three different rivet guns and I never like using them. They always get stuck. Always, the back pin is a pain to get out. And always I end up pinching the inside of my palm. No more! I have a compressor, why not air tools! This gun is amazing. Great quality, well made and super easy to use. I wish the tip was just a little thinner to get into tight spaces but that's just a small issue. I find that going through 10 rivets in no time more pleasureful than having my palm get pinched every time. I have been a rivet machine with this tool because of the design and speed of using this. It functions very well, just remember to power the trigger when changing the tips, it will help pull the spring back for you. It's probably in the book but I just wanted to get it going. Very good product and value for the amount of work you will get done with this tool.

I recently used the Proster Pneumatic Riveter to install rain gutters at our farmhouse, and I was pleasantly surprised by how straightforward the process was. Initially, the task seemed daunting, but after watching a few instructional videos, I felt much more confident. This tool made the job incredibly easy, thanks to its powerful 3917 lbf pulling force and ergonomic design. The included five nosepieces (3/32", 1/8", 5/32", 3/16", and 1/4") provided flexibility for different rivet sizes, which was perfect for our project.One of the standout features of this riveter is its air hydraulic design, which allows for quick and efficient rivet assembly. The 360° gripping design ensures a secure fit between the rivet and the workpiece, reducing the risk of errors. I particularly appreciated the extra set of jaw pieces, which extended the tool's lifespan and minimized downtime.Compared to some other pneumatic riveters on the market, this one might be slightly heavier due to its robust construction. It's really a nice pneumatic rivet gun kit. It comes with 5 different-size tips for different-size rivets, a spare set of jaws, 2 wrenches for servicing it, and a catch canister... It sets rivets accurately and tightly with one pull, no screwing around. All the parts seem well built and well thought out except for one, the canister for catching the rivet shafts does not seem to have a proper mount of sorts, though I guess I could be missing something, it just pushes over the big hex on the back of the gun head. I wonder if that will eventually work loose, but even if it does it will still be a nice tool.

This is a well-made air riveter that is good quality and easy to use. It comes as a complete kit with everything you need to start using it including some actual rivets themselves.It is robust and can cope with rivets from 2.4 mm up to 4.8 mm. As it is well designed and robust it uses it through jaw clip to ensure rivets are dispensed in a professional way with no skidding and with a strong bite force. This results in firm and trustworthy results all delivered by a quiet machine which has a muffler on its exhaust port.

I bought two hand operated rivet tools.. one was too cheap from Canadian tire, and it didn't deform the rivet all the way. I returned it and but a craftsman rivet gun that was twice as expensive. Absolute garbage.Now, I decided to take a chance and buy this pneumatic rivet gun.I'm so impressed. Easy to use and worked right out of the box. I'm in love.

Having punched several hundred rivets with different rivet guns, this is by far the best tool for the job.-Durable-Sturdy-Does not Jam-Works every time-Seals remain sealed-A great assortment of rivets included-Certainly not your average, everyday, run of the mill, household, normal, basic, day in day out, over and over again rivet gun!

Bought this to pull some 6mm stainless structural rivets after I destroyed THREE hand rivet guns with them (and popped a tendon in my wrist to boot).Wasn't quite sure if this would handle these aircraft grade stainless rivets, but...It did, and did it EVER.Insert the shank into the tool, set the air pressure, set the riget into the hole and pull the trigger. BANG. One clean, effortless rivetted joint.It will be interesting to see how this gun holds up to what is really an abuse, as I don't think the gun is rated for this grade of rivet, but, 50 rivets in and still going strong. Just remember to oil it, and check the hydraulic oil level BEFORE and AFTER use. Top up as required. My only regret is I didn't buy one earlier.
