The design of these connectors is horrible. The metal inside that you crimp is so flimsy that it won’t hold to the wire.

Worked well. Could not find proper crimper jaws so I made one from a side cut pliers that I was willing to sacrifice. A "v" notch on each jaw to proper depth and works great.
