First, After disassembling old "tires", clean up the gummy debris left on the wheels.
First Step ：Used a clamp to hold the tire on the wheel in one spot, and then used a screwdriver to pry the rest of the tire on. This made installation relatively easy
Second : Uniform stretch,After mounting, removed the clamp and pushed the shaft of the screwdriver completely under the tire, so it was between the tire and rim. Then ran the screwdriver around the wheel several times to make sure the tire was uniformly stretched around the wheel.
Seating the tire: Next, made sure the tires were properly seated in the groove on the wheels, rolled the wheel on a concrete floor, pushing down pretty hard with your hands, so the concrete would forced the tire into the groove.
After mounting, reinstalled the wheels and readjusted everything, finish!
Notice ：Urethane band saw tires no adhesive needed, but need to be stretched on. If your new band saw tire is too tight to fit onto the wheel, submerged the new tire under hot water for a few minutes, this will make things easier.

These tires were fit for my Delta 10" wheels . However keep in mind you will need two pairs of visegrips And two Phillip screwdrivers . The visegrips clamped to the wheels across from each other once the tire is halfway on and the two screwdrivers( round shaft) to walk the tire on the rest of the way . The warmer tires are the easier to stretch the tires. Realitvity ease but I used to work professionally on DoAll saws and machinery.

Installed these "tires" on a Delta 28-195 bandsaw. I put them in warm water and they mounted well. I installed a new blade and set the tension. Several days later I turned the saw on to use and the lower "tire" split and wadded up in the blade guide stalling the blade.

They fit 10" wheels sure enough but they are not 1" wide as advertised.
