This children’s shovel is working out very well for us. My grandson always wants to help shovel snow and now he has his own and he loves it. Very easy to put together and the size is perfect for him.

My grandson loves this shovel. He is 2 and loves helping clearing the snow. Well made and just the right size now and as he grows. A good weight for a young person to use.

Grandson loved the shovel and felt like he was helping his dad shovel the driveway. Nothing better than a well made product that makes a kids smile

He loves it. It seems really sturdy and the weight is just right for his little hands to lift. Now we just have to wait for another snow day to use it

I got this snow shovel so my grandkids could “help” their dad do the driveway and sidewalk at their house. This small snow shovel is good for light-duty snow removal (that a small child would be able to tackle). The spring-loaded button assembly does make it easy to put together and take apart, which is a big plus for storage. The two-piece handle, while a bit wobbly due to the loose fit, still functions OK and offers a comfortable grip.Unfortunately, though, the shallow scoop depth limits its effectiveness… even for small children. The shovel capacity is just limited too much as a result. This shovel is billed as a kids snow shovel, and that’s really what it’s best suited for. It really wouldn’t be durable enough to be used as a regular shovel. As a kid’s shovel, I would rate this as four stars and would recommend this to a friend. If you intend to use it as a regular shovel, I would rate this as three stars and would not recommend it.I hope you find this information helpful.

I have a narrow flight of 11 stairs that lead from the street up to my front yard. There is a 6" high curb running along either side of the stairs, along with hand railings on both sides. It's almost impossible to maneuver a full sized snow shovel with the long handle and wide blade in that tight space. I'm always afraid of losing my balance and falling down the steps into the street. This children's size snow shovel is perfect for those stairs.
