I had previously ordered another more expensive brand 608zz and it turned out that the inside diameter was +.125 which is not acceptable. I returned that and bought these instead and the PGN ones are exactly 8mm ID.

This appears to be equal to or better than the OEM pulley. I'm hoping for the same long life.

I uses these for low speed applications on 3d printer filament spool holders. Works well, they roll. They turn. They ask no questions. I'm happy but I wish there were 15 for the price. Maybe I need to wait for a sale and buy two sets.

My Sears Kenmore central vacuum stopped working a few months ago. I took it apart and saw that the bottom bearing had failed and that the top bearing no longer had lubrication. After spending hours of trying to find bearings and brushes I looked on Amazon. These bearings appear to be the same as the originals! They were the perfect for this application! With the purchased bearings and brushes, the motor is purring like a happy cat! This repair job cost me under $25 dollars and about 2.5 hours of time! I'll be using the rest of the bearings for other applications!

I was able to fix an early 1970s Kenmore "shop vac" that is on its 3rd motor. The first 2 times I was able to get an entire used motor cheap. This time I had to replace the lower bearing myself. Spent a while trying to search for SAE bearings in factions of an inch dimension , unsuccessfully. Then it occurred to search using Metric dimensions. Bingo! Lots of choices, but all were advertised as being for skateboards. Having ordered previously from PNG, I went to their website via the Amazon link, and found this one rated for "high-speed" use. Although this particular size is not shown "at Amazon", you apparently can order any of PNG bearings thru Amazon, following that link.Who'd a thunk Sears was using metric bearings back then?? My bearing only had marking of "608-Z" and "Germany", but the 608-ZZ is identical. Anyhoo, the old vac is one again sucking up dirt. The interested reader searching for vintage Kenmore "pale yellow and green" old shop vacs may find the one from 1972 for $100 + shipping on ebay in "like new" condition. I ran across it while searching for "vintage" Kenmore shop vacuums. Mine was given to me used, so I never did know how old it was.Mine of course looks worse than the thousands of hours (I'm sure) of hard use since the early 70's. But it WORKS!
