I've just bought this Shimano Ultegra pedal in Jan 25 , to replace my previous Shimano PD-RS500 SPD-S after using for less than two months the pedal is broken. I bought it in USA and bring it to Brazil where I live and practice road cycling. Shimano is refusing to repair it in Brazil, since I bought in USA, but when you access Shimano Service Center website, they mention tha warranty is Global.Anyway, terrible quality, broken with less than two months in use, and not safe.
