I have owned this product for some time now and am very pleased with my purchase. It has a solid construction, and even though some parts are made of plastic or PVC, it remains very sturdy. I have used it to move refrigerators, washers, dryers, and various other heavy items like blocks and bricks.

This Dollie is as reliable and durable as any big solid ugly bulk iron hunk a junk and it’s foot base is three times bigger/wider than what you’re used too. It is collapsible and fits in my cabinet installation van behind my table saw, taking up much less room than an actual dollie would. It’s wonderful to not take up space but still have the option of using a hand truck Dollie. I moved my entire house with this(and my garage is filled with heavy tools and lumber) and use it onsite at times to position cabinets, shuffle things around or drag stuff up stairs. Good product

I'm impressed with the quality and how well it's made. I haven't tested if it will hold up to the 500lb claim, but I wouldn't doubt it. Heaviest I've used was about 150lbs going up and down a flight of stairs. No issues, rolls nicely, seems to hold up great. Folds down nicely. It's a bit heavier than I expected but I guess that's the trade off for strength and durability. Highly recommended.

I'm a 58 yr old gramma and i think this hand truck is one sturdy workhorse! I sell crafts at festivals and used it to move large bins full of candles from my house to my car to the gym for a craft show. It was super easy to open, and I easily rolled 100 lbs. of wax without hesitation. Rolls smoothly. It's a little heavier than I anticipated, but I'm thrilled with it!

These carts are convenient and fold away nicely. Unfortunately the handle on this is dead straight, which means anything taller than the handle like a bookshelf, large box, bed frame, etc is going to mash your fingers. You can make it work but it's annoying cause all it would have taken is a simple design change to angle the handle so that there is room for your hands. If you need to move something that is both shorter than 39" and too heavy to lift, then it's fine but that's pretty limiting.

Very nice portable hand truck. Can carry a good load, as expected. Only 3 details that would make it even more awesome.1 a fold up back brace for smaller heavy items which can easily slip out the the back of hand truck.2 getting used to the opening of the wheels (from folded) is a learning curve, not sure why it is tricky at first.3 a way to lock the plate. When it is fully operational and standing, a baby finger push will collapse the hand truck forward. However if there is a load on it at the time it will be safe from same procedure. (Just when empty, it folds too easily for my liking)Mechanically sturdy and heavy duty and otherwise very happy with this product. Recommend this for people who need something decent for large objects and don’t want to carry or store a regular full size hand truck.Nice product 👍🏻

I bought this in november 2018, after approx 3 months I had the EXACT same problem as the reviewer before me so if it looks like I cut and pasted from his review I did: "the wheel rotation lock for the right side broke when the unit was being opened". Pop! Now this - the heavy duty looking unit I bought hoping for $150 dollars worth of use broke after only 3 months, and minimal usage. This thing looks nice, but sadly is not built to last.

I wanted a folding hand truck that wouldn't break under heavier loads, and for the most part this fits the bill. It's solidly built, and as a result is heavier than those other lighter, cheaper options. The plate though is comically large, much deeper and wider than any normal, non-folding hand truck. Whether it's because of the plate, the wheels, or the overall design though, the whole thing is wide. Fitting through narrow doors and stairwells you have to be careful.The grips on the main handle are foam cushioned which is nice, but mine came with a rip in it already, so not sure how long that will hold up. The tubes are also wider than a normal hand truck, so bungee cords don't hook on them fully, you have to use the smaller cross members or hook the cord to itself. Folding and unfolding is not hard once you get the hang of it, and it has not tried to fold up without any weight on it. It locks solidly in place once open and doesn't tip over.Overall, if they could make this into a slightly more compact package so the plate was smaller and the whole thing wasn't as wide, (thereby also making it a bit lighter) it would be a perfect folding hand truck.

If you have any common sense this thing is super simple to open. Stand in front of cart facing the metal base plate, grab the handle with arms extended and step down on metal platform. That’s it, the wheels automatically swing open and lock (make sure it’s fully open and locked) You can then press the “push” button on the center of the bar below the handle and pull up, it will extend another 8 inches. This hand truck opens to 48 inches tall which is great for my 6’5” frame. Also the platform is 24 inches wide and 15 inches deep. It is reversed on the pictures. The cart is top quality and much better than previous ones I’ve owned. I don’t think I would test the 500lbs limit but will easily handle 350lbs (more than sufficient for my needs) The wheels seem well made and roll nicely. I checked the bolts to make sure all were snug, I found one loose one and tightened it. Like any piece of equipment you should periodically check bolts to make sure they have not loosened. All equipment requires basic maintenance. This would explain reviews stating the wheels failed. An occasional shot of wd 40 couldn’t hurt either. It’s a very sturdy well made hand truck and I am very satisfied with this purchase. I almost forgot, to close and store it just stand on platform and pull handle toward you, step back and push down. The wheels will close automatically. Don’t forget to push the button and push handle down to retract to the 40 inch storage height. Video coming soon !
