This is a big hand truck and I like the drop down extension for hauling huge stuff (bags of gravel, large rocks, etc.) BUT why do manufacturers put pneumatic tires on hand trucks?? They suck! Unless there are overinflated to rock hard, they tend not to roll as well as solid wheels/tires. Solid wheels would make this 5 stars.

Very stable. Seems strong. Super easy to assemble. Good truck for the money. I would just think the tires came with air. They had enough for me to carry a dishwasher but they are pretty soft/low on air. Maybe just mine but after you put some air in the tires you have a great hand truck!

On the whole, I really like this hand truck. It's quite strong / durable with heavy metal construction (so it's definitely well-built, but this does also mean it's a bit heavy - this isn't an issue for me, but something to note) and it can lift a lot of weight with a 600lb capacity. The pneumatic (air filled, that is) tires really help with ease of rolling heavier weights, and since the tires are larger (and cushion-y), it's much easier to get over thresholds and go up / down stairs. I do wish the "foot" were a little bit deeper, but that will depend on the things you're trying to lift / personal preferance. The P handle makes the hand truck easy to push or pull and easy to maneuver as well. While the hand truck isn't cheap, it's much easier than moving things without it - or with a lower end hand truck - and certainly much cheaper than hiring people to help you move. So if you have a lot of things to move, particularly over rough terrain or lots of changes in flooring / levels, this could be just the hand truck for you. Give it a try today!One quick note - this is certainly a large and heavy package so be prepared for that. Mine also arrived having taken what appeared to be impact damage which bent the "loops" that the axel is supposed to go through (the hand truck shows up needing to have the axel installed and wheels put on which should be easy). Becauses these loops were slightly bent on mine, I did have to use a mallet to get the axel into place and it took a few more minutes than it would have otherwise. That said, once it was set up, I've had no issues with it - and this was likely in my particular case with shipping and NOT a fault of the product.

Updated review!!!Please if you have issues with this, I had to post first a negative review since going through their website did not work for me. I got one response and then nothing. There was no other means really. Once I left the negative feedback I got an immediate response and oh my the customer service this way was incredible. Constant communication and response and they corrected the issue immediately and to my complete satisfaction. The missing pieces were sent immediately arrived quickly even during the holiday season. Their communication was one of the best I have ever encountered !!!!The hand truck is amazing now. It works and is so incredible. It took mere seconds to attach the wheels. They are super sturdy and the hand truck can really handle a serious load. I am so happy with this now I have no words and can only recommend it. I just wish I hadn't had to go through the hassle but at least the customer service I eventually got was just amazing.This hand truck has some missing pieces at the wheels. I have contacted the manufacturer as instructed repeatedly. I sent them the pics and everything they required and I did get one response at one point but other than that, NOTHING. So the wheels still don't stay put and I can't use it. So at some point I will probably just have to go out and figure out if I can find a part myself. Don't waste your time on this since if you there are pieces missing you won't be able to get t hem. It has been over a month now and still nothing. Don't support these types of companies!!!!!
