I put these on the faucets in the house. You'll be saving water over time. The reduction in flow rate is barely noticeable. I would highly recommend these.

I tried cleaners. Nothing was working so I looked up the product info and saw what I needed-- then ordered. Installed the new insert---water ran like when I first had it installed. So from now on when the aerator starts acting up, I'll just order a new one. They're inexpensive anyway. Will definitely keep doing business with

My Delta Foundations bathroom faucet came with a 1.2 GPM aerator. The water seemed to have slowed to almost a trickle. Replaced it and it's back to its original self.Update - 2020-11-16 - Replaced another faucet's aerator with no issues. Great pressure.

I cleared up one old unit by soaking it's insert in vinegar. That didn't work the next time I had a clogged aerator. Then on a hunch, I looked for and found this insert on amazon. It fit my aerator perfectly.
