Seems good quality. A little disappointed about how wide the frame is. I would have liked more glass.

I was very happy with my door. I was impressed on how it was shipped to me and wrapped and protected from being damaged. And I received it almost four days earlier than what I expected. It was everything that I wanted it to be. I was very happy with the product.

Great door at a great price. The door was delivered by a logistics company. I was able to schedule the delivery and then reschedule for a more convenient time. The delivery guys carried the door to where I needed it to be. The packaging was sufficient. The instructions were clear. The frame fit nicely, the door feels solid and strong. So far no negatives.

I feel this door is of great quality and craftsmanship. I have installed many doors over the years and this one for some reason was the easiest to square up. Its rugged, and looks good!I still can believe that I purchased an entry door online and it was delivered right to my door! The delivery company NSD was prompt, professional, and gave me a courtesy call 30 min before they came. Could not be more pleased!

High quality, beautiful door! I ordered open out but the way our entrance was configured it worked perfectly to open in. We shimmed and replaced trim - I painted red and think it looks great! Was a bit bigger job than I expected but not too bad and mostly because we waited too long and the old door damage caused moisture that required more trim replacement.

Where do I begin? After getting the door installed in the doorway we could not get it open. No matter what we tried or how we shimmed it it was catching at the top. After about 45 minutes of working on it we were able to get it open.Turns out in manufacturing they shot the brad nail through the outside trim and through the door frame into the door! In an attempt to get the nail out it snapped a chunk out of the door frame!!! This happened in two locations because the outside trim was attached to the frame at an angle. On top of all of this, about midway down by the door latches the frame wasn't even painted! This is ridiculous. This cost way too much money for way too many problems.

I purchased two National Door Company Fiberglass, Smooth, Primed, Outswing, Prehung Doors, Full Lites, Clear Glass, 36"x80", one left-hand swing and one right-hand swing (ZZ364628L & R). Delivery was estimated at about four weeks. One arrived two weeks early, one arrived one week early. Both are as ordered. The shipper called a day ahead of delivery to confirm. There was minor shipping damage to the cardboard wrapping on the first one, and some all-but-invisible tiny nicks on the window trim. The shipper mentioned it and said I could deny delivery, but I accepted it; paint will fix it. So far all looks good, dimensions are correct, latch drillings look aligned, threshold sill and overall appearance seems nice. I'm very happy to have these full-light, outswing, residential doors - that's a slightly unusual product but just what I was looking for.August 2019 update:Installed and used daily, and I'm still 5-star happy with them. They look nice, open and close smoothly, and seal snugly even in 40mph winds (no whistling). A few comments after installation:The glass is tempered, probably to meet building codes, but it's nice to know for safety. One door had a small bit of excess sealer at the edge of the glass but not enough that I even bothered to remove it. A single-edge razor would fix it in a minute, I guess. The shipping damage turned out to include a hairline crack in the frame where the door latch mortise made the material the thinnest. The metal strike plate covers it, and I backed up the frame with a piece of wood in the RO gap that fits just snugly without any pressure. It should work fine for life, but it is a good lesson to check shipping damage carefully. The mortises for the deadbolt strike plates were about 1/2" shorter than Schlage lock plates, and also not as deep as the security underplate. That's understandable and just how the mortises should be cut for general purposes (you can always make them bigger, but not smaller). I used a chisel to cut the mortises to the right dimensions. The frame material looks like a wood-based composite, and it cut fine with a sharp chisel. That composite frame needs careful shimming as described in the instructions. It's a little bit more flexible than wood frames I've used but it came out completely straight, square, and plumb when I took my time and lined up everything before nailing it home solid. All done and very happy with my new doors.
