This producr arrived very quickly and works very well. Easy to attach and large enough for bulkier mail pieces. Allows minimal precipitation to enter into the mail space.

Replace my old mailbox replace with this good quality spacious mailbox.Even though it came with two screws for the top of the box I still stabilized the bottom of the box with clear silicone in back of the box.I got the Job done in a half of hour.

I really enjoy it when I order small packages & they put it in this mail box, But I am really annoyed when amazon delivers a package that could have fit in this mailbox, & they don't put it in the mailbox. its so more safer & professional to put it in the mail box when it fits.

I live very close to the street. People walk by all the time and not people you can trust. Usually if I have a package the delivery person waits for me to come to the door in case somewhere were to steal the package from my door step.We had a small mailbox before. It was fine with envelopes if I ordered pills. They could easily squish into the box. If there was a box, there was no way.The other day I ordered something that came in a small box, and it was in the mailbox! This can easily fit whatever letters and magazines. We get a roll of flyers and even though this box doesn't have the feet at the bottom to hold the flyers, they were in the box and the lid was completely closed. I don't care if someone takes the flyers, but it was nice they still fit in the box.I have yet to test if an X-Small flat rate box will fit. I mostly receive items that are in envelopes and they should fit in the mailbox, no problem.Yes, it does jet out from the house more, but it's a bigger box, that it has to to accommodate larger items.For now, it's been a safe mailbox. It's not locking or anything. Anyone could just reach in and grab whatever is in there. But as they say, out of sight, out of mind. There are still occasional people that might look in, but most of them are going through the garbage, not mailboxes.I recommend this mailbox if you're expecting packages, not just regular letters and magazines.Update: Yes, the X-Small flat rate box fits in this mailbox just fine. Either laying down or upright. The lid closes without touching the box at all. There's still room for other mail to fit as well.

Easy installation and much better size for my packages. When I peeked inside however, there seemed to be some dirt/rust in all 4 corners. When I tried to rub it off -it exposed bare metal. Hopefully it doesn't rust quickly in those spots.

This was very easy to install, and it holds a lot. I bought it so that Amazon could put my parcels in it. Unfortunately, they still usually put them on the ground in front of my door. Sigh.....

I would not recommend this product. I had to replace 2 of the 3 hinges due to not properly attached. I was able to repair the problem rather than go through the hassle of getting it replaced

I am giving this 5 stars because this mailbox was what I was looking for, which was simple , easy to access to get the mail and could accommodate small packages. It is also nice looking. What I think needs improving is the easy access lid could use a hinge so the lid doesn't fall on your hands as you retrieve your mail. It is also slightly flimsy . I would have liked a thicker metal sturdiness to it, but it's not so awful that it doesn't hold up. It just could be stronger especially for the price. But everything is more expensive now, for what you get. I am very happy with my choice despite the minor issues.

I haven't had any weather yet to test if it's "weather proof". But when I went to check what was inside I poked myself on one of the very sharp corners.
