Seems to be much more durable Plastic is not opaque but solid red.I did not receive screws like pictured but the shipping box wasn’t taped secure and could have fallen out I reused the old ones

I've had my Troy Bilt leaf blower for about ten (10) years & the clear plastic housing unit had broken when I accidentally dropped it. Well, I didn't want to pay for a new blower, so I decided to get the part & fix it myself. I was surprised to see that the new housing was completely red in color, but it seems to be more durable than the original clear plastic housing unit. Very easy to install & much cheaper than spending another $275 for a new leaf blower....

The replacement parts fit my Troy Bilt blower perfectly! I had to detach the fan blade with a socket wrench, took a little doing. The blower was useless with the cracked bezel, so this saved me $500 b/c I didn’t need to buy a new gas blower. One note—my replacement parts were all solid red. Not clear, but matches fine and looks great. Fit the black cone nozzle too.
