I was hesitant in ordering this as the shape looks way different but rest assured that it fits great. I bought 2, 1 for a 2003 Pontiac Vibe and the other for a 2005 Pontiac vibe, there are differences even between the factory pcv hoses from those 2 different years. This replacement hose fits both years perfectly. I was able to slide off the external foam sleeve from the 2003 and slip it over the new pcv hose. I was not able to slide the foam off of the 2005 hose to transfer to the new hose. This is a great option over the factory hose which runs between $30-$40. Time will tell how long they will last but for now I have a new pcv hose that fits perfect on both ends which are 2 different sizes.

Not as pictured. Does not come with the insulation and it's very hard to swap insulation.
