This heavy duty toggle switch is SPDT (single pole double throw), 3 pin (ON)/OFF/(ON) design. And the rating of the 3 position toggle switch is 30A 12VDC; 20A 125VAC; 15A 250VAC.

Quality item but not what I expected-my misunderstanding. The switch is only momentary. Does not stay on-spring loaded to off.

It's a decent switch but it's not an H bridge/ X cross over switch. For this to control a motor load fwd & rev it would need external software control or mechanical relays.

Using this to replace the stupid expensive and needlessly complex electronic control box on a Tommy Lift Gate. Much simpler, much better, inexpensive, can keep an inexpensive spare on the truck.

Plate is thicker than you would expect. Did the job exactly for what I needed. The quality is higher than expected as well. Hold the switch straight and true, creating excellent performance. My installation was uniques but if I need more I will definitely be buying this again. I would say the price is very fair for what you receive.
