I used this to shut off all power to my 12v fridge in my RV. It seems to be a high quality product. I can't speak to the water resistance as I used it inside in a dry place but, with the rubber cover it seems like it would do fine.

This may be more expensive than other 12v, waterproof toggle switches, but this one has a very nice on/off plate that sets it apart. Perhaps it's not for everyone, but for my use, I really love the plate. It's a very clean, brushed black finish aluminum or stainless plate. All necessary mounting hardware is included and it works as it should. I'm still a little surprised as to how nice the on/off plate is!
