Can't use the oring that comes with the kit. Too big. Will need a factory oring to install.

Once I got the broken bolt fixed lol...it fits perfectly the same as OEM .... only thing I can say is the "O" ring was slightly to large for the machined grove...but did seal so I guess.....

This is a quality part. It is well machined and a perfect fit on 05 F250 SD 6.0 diesel. I love the lower temperature (187F) opening for Kansas weather which can be extreme. I coupled this with a Fix UR 6 Backflush system for my oil cooler and the truck has never had more steady or lower deltas from the EOT (Engine Oil temp) to the coolant temp. Our weather is relatively mild now so will need to see performance in 100 degree Kansas heat but I think this will only help maintain a more efficient engine oil temperature

I bought this thinking it would be a upgrade to OEM. Put it in and didn't make it 1/2 mile from home and truck overheated. Let it cool off and tried to get back home. Overheated again. Next day came out to find a huge puddle under the truck. Now radiator is leaking. Not a oem either. A Mishimoto that was only a couple years old.Sure, all Mishi stuff have a warranty. Their staff was very prompt and helpful. But they surprise you with a $125 "warranty shipping" charge when you make a claim. I figure since their faulty thermostat caused the entire problem they should get the parts back to you for free but that's not how it works. Keep that in mind before you order.

Great fit, quality product. Would definitely recommend it to a friend! Fixed my over heating problem when towing heavy trailers.
