Got what you paid for. Inexpensive but good quality. Does not come with gasket.

Have used Stant products before, never again. Ordered a thermostat in late Nov, 2022. Installed it, lasted less than 100 miles, vehicle overheated again. Wasted $14.28 plus $25.00 for more anti freeze, plus having to purchase another thermostat locally as vehicle is needed and I don't have time to attempt replacement through you. 180 degree thermostat does not start to open until 193 degrees. Most trips are over the Siskiyou summit on I-5 4300' elevation. almost made the top, about a mile short. Lesson learned, do NOT buy auto parts on line!!

I like to use the 180 instead of the 195 because my engine normally runs hot (not a defect, just the way it is). I like Stant-- they are a good product. I always make sure I stick the thermo in a pot of hot water to make sure it opens. The one and only time I did NOT do this, (aftermarket thermo) it almost blew up my engine, and I had to rush to the bus stop covered in grease (everyone moooved away from me- LOL) to go to the parts store and get a replacement , while my car sat in my parking lot, hood up, air filter off, to cool down asap.
