Doesn't do what's expected. Foods cools off within 2 hours. We started to a picnic at around 10.30 with food packed in this hot pot. Opened it at lunch time around 1PM and we were disappointed. It was not even luke warm.

It’s not accurate to say that it keeps the food hot. Since it’s made of steel, there are enough gaps for the heat to escape.

It is good that product quality is very nice but amazon didn't packed the box, even they didn't used any cellotap or any thing to insure innner product shouldn't be visible or touchable to others. The company box was also damaged and literally no covering/ outer coating by Amazon, the inner product was touchable. Even you can't understand that the product is sent by the amazon or by any nearby shop, there are 100% chances of replacement of product, but I feel replacement was not done, so they are trusted. I'm again saying product quality very nice, I'm only commenting on delivery/ packing procedure opt by amazon. Clearly understand it is not any blame on delivery boy, if amazon is sending without packing product what they can do. Again thank you both of you Amazon and Milton for nice product.

I am very pleased with this hot pot. I use it to keep food hot during dinner. Hot food normally gets pretty cool half way through dinner. I would have to get up from the table and microwave some foods because they were cooled off by the time I wanted a second helping.With this pot, I can have the food at the table during the meal. If I want seconds, I can just remove the lid and the contents are still (almost) as warm as when they were removed from the stove/oven. This works for liquids as well as things like veggies, mac & cheese, even pork chops (the pot is perfect for 3-5 chops depending on thickness). The pot is well made and the handle makes it easy to carry from the kitchen to the dining room table! I really like this pot, it has made some meals (where we are having hot foods) so much easier and people are not getting up and down to go reheat their food.
