Only got one controller, when 2 were billed and only one shipped. Got a refund through the credit card company, but never heard from the seller or Amazon problem resolution.Would give 5 stars if better shipping and/or better customer contact. Seems like a good refurbish.Works ok so far in testing, but giving it as a gift and not using it a whole lot. Will change my rating if it proves out to be ok and if the refund sticks and I don’t have to pay for an item that they never sent.

The controller came in fine condition had a few large scratches and a couple dings with no grip on the thumbsticks. All fine really was expecting that however the real issue was the contacts for the batteries were corroded beyond repair so there was no way for the controller to be turned on. It’s clear that there was no testing the product before they sent it so if you do buy (which I highly recommend you DO NOT) just know there’s a decent chance yours won’t work because they won’t test it.
