Decent quality. I am 5' 10" with a 36 waist and the size Large is a little tight. Any smaller and it wouldn't fit.

I got a pair of these last year because of the description of thin padding compared to other shorts. The first pair was super comfy, I could ride for 50 miles in complete comfort. Recently these were changed to have padding at least as thick as other shorts, and they chafe in the crotch. After just 20 miles I have to stand on the pedals to get a break from the discomfort. Please bring back the original pad thinness!

I've purchased several of the cheaper Chinese-made shorts on Amazon, they all have shorter leg length and poorer padding. None compare to these. If you are serious at all about riding these are the shorts to get.They are the latest version of the original LG Optimum shorts. I own and still wear two pair of the originals, and they are still comfortable and usable after many years of use. I expect these to do as well, I will be ordering another pair soon.

These are not the first pair of LG Bike shorts I have purchased and wont be my last. Completely worth the little bit extra you would pay for these as compared to the $29.99 that are available on Amazon (i have a pair of those as well). These fit perfectly and feel great. They are soft, comfortable and I'm sure will last as long as the others. Take heed to other reviews you read on other cheaper shorts and pay the little bit extra $'s.
