Although the concept is good, they should have done some actual testing on this product. The part where you "clamp" in the toilet paper isn't a tight enough grip to hold the paper. But it does work if you play with it. Would not purchase again.

I have tried other toilet aid tools that require the tissue to be stuffed in a gripper to use, which I find clumsy and unpredictable. This is the only one I have found that has a "clamp" design that holds the tissue. I find it much easier to use and more effective at cleaning the area being wiped. I would recommend this item to anyone needing one.
