I originally purchased one of these on May 30, 2023. It worked sufficiently well for almost a year, then the cover on the head of the unit started to rotate and then came off a week later. I ordered another on on May 31, 2024 (not sure why I ordered the same stick. The cover on the head started shifting a few weeks later and then slipped off in early August. I would not recommend this product due to the head cover slipping and coming off.

It does not sufficiently grip toilet paper or disposable wipes. The supposedly "flushable" wipes are not good for our septic system but frequently fall off this gadget into the toilet bowl. I still think its a useful product - just slightly flawed in design. Although I keep it in the cabinet above my toilet, I like the black and gray colors, as the usual bright blue would be too much of an eye-catcher hanging in my bathroom if I chose to hang it.

Didn’t work right opening where the paper is to be inserted. The opening is solid. It would have worked much better if the opening had been like a swiffer type flexible plastic.

Honestly I don’t know whose arse is that big to merit the size of the end of wand, but most important you cannot get tissue to stay. It simply falls out.

Handy idea but it does not grip wash cloth which is why I purchased it. The gripping part needs to be deeper, wider, and stronger. Totally useless.
